Drive Train
There is a Tier Certified Cummins electronic turbocharged air after-cooled or air to air diesel engine placed in each and every model in the T-Series line of 36 inch L.C. lift trucks. Several of the basic engine features consist of an electronic diagnostic and maintenance monitor, a water/fuel separator, reduced emissions, engine/transmission protection systems and better fuel economy.
For all of these units, the transmission is a 3-speed, fully reversing, modulated powershift transmission with electric shift control; a separate cooler for air-to-oil as well as declutch. Furthermore, the automatic powershift is available as a basic feature.
